Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that things do happen! Please try to request any cancellations or reschedules prior to (2) days before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, so all rescheduled appointments do require a new deposit in order to reserve another time slot. Appointments cancelled/changed within 48 hours of their scheduled time will be charged a 30% cancellation fee, in addition to the new deposit required to rebook. No-show appointments will result in being charged the 30% cancellation fee, as well as being prohibited from booking any services in the future.
